Rosalie Milton Clinic uses text messages to confirm appointments and send out clinical reminders, we also use email as a form of correspondence, if you do not wish to use these methods of contact please let reception know at the time of your appointment.

Although most problems are best dealt with in consultation, a doctor will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice. Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return phone call from the practice or urgent advice.

Please call the clinic for your results, keep in mind that it will take an average of two days for your results to be processed. If your results are marked “urgent” the clinic will contact you ASAP either by phone, email or SMS and request that you make an appointment with your doctor.

We welcome your comments and suggestions. Please feel free to talk to your GP or the Practice Manager regarding your issues, if you prefer, you can contact the Health Care Complaints Commission on:
